Getting Ready

I feel like a know a little bit about many of the things on the list of 23 things, but as I think about actually getting started, I realize "a little bit" is not very much - basically, I'm pretty clueless about most of these things. Just because I've heard of them, doesn't mean I have the slightest idea of how to do/use many of them. This will be a fun learning experience!
